By accessing or using Polyvox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Polyvox provides AI-powered voice cloning and text-to-speech generation. You can clone a voice from a short audio sample and generate speech in multiple languages using that voice.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Polyvox to:

• Impersonate another person without their explicit consent.
• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any individual.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Distribute generated audio as if it were a real, unaltered recording of someone without disclosure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the audio you upload and the clips you generate. By uploading audio, you represent that you have the right to use it. Polyvox retains all rights to its platform, branding, and underlying technology.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free-tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
