What we collect

Your email, name, and mobile phone number when you sign up, the audio you upload for voice cloning, and the clips you generate. That's it.

SMS messaging

When you sign up with email and password, we send a one-time 6-digit verification code to the mobile number you provide. This SMS is the only message we ever send to your phone — we do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring texts. You consent to this single message by checking the SMS consent box during sign-up.

Phone numbers are stored only to identify your account and prevent abuse. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. SMS messages are delivered through our SMS provider (Twilio). Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS, or HELP for help. To remove your phone number from your account at any time, email support@usepolyvox.com.

How we use it

To run the service. We authenticate you, clone voices, and generate speech. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

Audio you upload is processed by a third-party speech synthesis provider for voice cloning and speech generation. SMS verification codes are delivered by Twilio. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Infrastructure runs on AWS.

Deleting your data

You can delete your voice clones anytime from the dashboard. To delete your account entirely, email support@usepolyvox.com.
